No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the perishable nature of our juices, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No cash refunds.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping Policy
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
• Once the package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Perishable Goods Disclaimer
Our juices are fresh and perishable. Proper refrigeration upon delivery is required. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed retrieval or improper storage after delivery.

Incorrect Address Policy
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or credit.
